Diode Cold Sore Treatment
Unlike alternative cold sore treatments such as creams or ointments, lasers get to the root of the problem. The heat from the laser not only denatures and kills the herpes virus in the treatment area, but it also triggers your body to heal quicker as macrophages & lymphocytes are activated and drawn to the site. When caught early, a laser treatment can stop the cold sores from appearing altogether. If a cold sore has broken out, the diode laser will speed up the healing time and provide relief from pain or itching.

Diode Healing & Pain Relief
Laser offers a non-invasive solution to help reduce pain and inflammation along with aiding in injury recovery & healing. Laser therapy provides an alternative to medications or surgery and can be highly effective when used in combination with physiotherapy or corrective exercises.
The laser stimulates the creation of new blood vessels, improving blood flow and increasing the microcirculation of oxygen to damaged tissues. Inflammation is reduced, whilst collagen production and lymphatic drainage is improved, helping to replace damaged cells with healthy new cells. This all promotes better healing with a strengthening effect on tissue repair, including muscles, ligaments and even bone.

Spider Vein Removal
In Detail
Laser treatment for spider veins is a quick, effective and noninvasive procedure that uses a focused beam to heat and diminish small veins near the skin’s surface. When applied to the treatment area, the laser energy targets the pigment in the blood and causes coagulation of the blood within the vessels without damaging the skin or surrounding tissues. Once the blood absorbs this energy, the vessel lining heats up and collapses, causing the vessel to fade from view leaving your skin looking clear. Over time the vein is reabsorbed by the body and disappears completely as blood gets rerouted to healthier veins.
Spider vein treatment with our diode 980nm laser is safe and comfortable. Since the laser light is calibrated to damage specific pigments, it selectively damages the blood vessels and doesn’t damage the surrounding tissues within the body. The specific hand piece delivers the energy in smooth, gentle pulses to prevent the skin from any significant temperature rise, protecting the skin texture and colour by ensuring the healing process does not cause any scarring. In addition, a chilled tip on the hand piece cools the skin during the treatment, both protecting your skin and providing a comfortable treatment.

Laser Spider Vein Removal
The number of treatments needed depends on how many blood vessels you wish to treat, the size and resilience of the veins and how well your body responds to the laser treatment. For most clients a single treatment is enough, however for larger areas 1 – 2 additional treatments may be desired.
Nail Fungus Treatment
The number of treatments needed varies widely, depending on the condition of the nail and medications used. Many will see improvements after 3 – 4 treatments, however it will likely take additional treatments to eradicate the fungus completely. For best results we recommend using an antifungal cream alongside treatments.
Eczema Treatment
The number of treatments required vary widely depending on the symptom being treated and the condition of the treatment area. You may require anything from 5 – 20 treatments to see any kind of significant improvements.
Cold Sore Treatment
Usually only a single treatment is necessary, however in some cases 2 – 3 treatments will assist in faster healing.

Nail Fungus Treatment
At the time of the procedure, the toenail will not become instantly clear as it needs time to grow. The healthy nail will be seen emerging from the cuticle area as your nails grow naturally. If you catch it in its early stage, you may not even develop a sore, and can be healed completely within 48 hours. If a cold sore has formed, the healing time can be reduced by 8 – 10 days down to 12 – 14 days and the resultant pain and discomfort should decrease shortly after treatments.
